Officers Report Increased Cooperation

Over the past few months, patrol officers have noticed an increase in crime awareness in our area's kids and teens. We must be doing something right!

Parents have reported that their kids know more, thanks in part to our G.R.E.A.T. program.

  • The Parkersburg Police Department is accepting applications will be giving a Civil Service Patrolman Exam on September 24, 2007 from 6-9pm at the Judge Black Annex Building. For inquires call (304) 424-8459.
  • The Parkersburg Police Department GREAT Program has shirts on sell for $5.00 all the proceeds go to purchasing items for the students at the local junior high schools. The shirts were designed by local students. Call 424-8459 if you would like to purchase a shirt. There are a variety of sizes and a limited quantity.
